To meet the legal age requirement Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC has partnered with Age Checker to verify identity and validate customer's ages, which achieves the legal requirement for tobacco sales. Age Checker service searches trusted data sources of public records using customer provided personal information to complete an age validation. Age Checker has a secured 256-bit encryption technology which ensures the safe delivery of the information you provide online. Age Checker DOES NOT store or share or sell your personal information.

Shipping Information

Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC uses USPS and UPS to ship your orders.
​
Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
​
We are unable to ship products due to state laws to Arkansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.
​
Adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for package delivery of Tobacco product in California and Delaware.
​
Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC does not ship product outside of the US or It's territories, except for APO addresses.
​
Orders sent to a PO Box must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, due to signature requirements (person must be over 21 years of age) we are unable to ship to a PO Box in the states of California and Delaware.
​
Orders sent to a US Military Base must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
​
Flammable/hazardous items must be shipped UPS Ground.

Please add 1 or 2 days for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote Rural locations.

Return Policy
​
For a return merchandise authorization number please call our Customer Service Department at 1-513-428-0091 within 3 days of receipt or your order, to expedite your return, please repack the item(s) carefully and send it INSURED within the allowed stated time frame. For package arriving damaged we will pay for return shipping, in the event we created an error in your order we will pay for return shipping. Include all free/promotional items they MUST accompany returned merchandise.

In the event you tried one cigar are not 100% satisfied with the cigar that you purchased from Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC you may return them within 30 days for full credit or refund. If you tried more than 1 and are still not satisfied you may return the remaining and receive credit or refund for the number of cigars returned minus the shipping cost, the cigars will only be accepted with the original cellophane wrapper intact.

For return of non-Tobacco products that you purchased from Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC and are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase, package must be in original condition a full credit or refund will be issued. Any free promotional item that are defective can be returned by customer at customer cost. Upon receipt of item by Lufriu & Peters Cigar Company, LLC a replacement will be issued.
